**Position:** Senior Manager – Business Finance & MIS

**Qualification:** Chartered Accountant (CA)

**Experience:** Minimum 8 Years (Business Finance / FP&A; / MIS)

**Notice Period:** Immediate Joiners or candidates with up to **30 days' notice** will be preferred.

### Key Responsibilities:

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Partner with business teams to provide financial insights on revenue, cost, and profitability.

Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and KPI reports.

Build financial models, ROI analysis, and business proposals for management.

Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting.

### Required Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel.

Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP,



or Oracle is preferred.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

### Eligibility:

* Minimum **8 years** of relevant experience in **Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), or MIS**.

* Solid business partnering and reporting experience.
