Role & responsibilities :

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth workflow.
- Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Plan material requirements and follow up for timely procurement.
- Track Work-in-Progress (WIP) and maintain optimum inventory levels.
- Prepare and update production reports, MIS reports, and production dashboards.
- Monitor machine utilization and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with Quality team to ensure products meet company standards.
- Identify production bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished products as per delivery commitments.
- Maintain accurate production records in ERP or Excel.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce lead time.
