Role Overview

Freyr Solutions is looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for the UK and US markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in life sciences hiring, with experience sourcing and recruiting professionals across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, CRO, and healthcare domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for UK and US-based positions.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit for roles across Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Commercial, and other life sciences functions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and market trends.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and support onboarding.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and SLAs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 47 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years in UK and/or US Pharma/Life Sciences recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CRO, or healthcare organizations.
- Strong understanding of UK and US recruitment practices and hiring processes.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting for niche and senior-level life sciences roles.
- Knowledge of UK and US employment practices and market trends.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and talent mapping capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global stakeholders.
