What You'll Actually Do

Be the PM's Right Hand

- Support planning, tracking, and coordination of Agile tech projects
- Keep projects organized, visible, and moving forward

Own Jira Not Just Use It

- Create and manage Jira tickets (stories, tasks, bugs)
- Maintain boards, workflows, and sprint views
- Keep tickets clean, structured, and meaningful

(If your Jira experience is limited to dragging tickets across a board, this role will stretch you and that's the point.)

Live in Agile

- Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Capture requirements, blockers, and action items with real understanding
- Follow up with developers and stakeholders to close the loop

Requirements & Communication

- Listen closely to senior engineers, tech leads, and managers
- Translate conversations into clear Jira tasks and documentation
- Ask smart questions when things are unclear guessing isn't acceptable here

- Absorb how projects run end-to-end
- Take feedback seriously and act on it quickly
- Build real PM skills with a clear goal: stepping into a PM role

What We're Looking For

Experience

- 1+ years in a Project Manager, project support, operations, or tech-adjacent role
- Startup or fast-paced development experience is a solid plus

Jira (Non-Negotiable)

- Solid, hands-on Jira experience
- Comfortable creating tickets from scratch, managing workflows, boards, and sprints
- No certification required we care about real, practical usage/

Agile Understanding

- Familiar with Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Understands how cross-functional software teams actually operate

Mindset

- Genuinely wants to grow into a Project Manager role not "maybe someday"
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented
- Learns fast and thrives during training
