We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented HR Executive with 24 years of experience, primarily focused on Talent Acquisition while supporting HR Generalist activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and assisting the HR Head in day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and other HR initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hiring top talent while gaining exposure to all aspects of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and feedback collection.
- Negotiate compensation within approved salary ranges and roll out offer letters.
- Ensure a seamless pre-joining and onboarding experience for new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and hiring status.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities, when required.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Assist the HR Head in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, personnel files, and HRIS databases.
- Support onboarding, employee confirmations,
probation reviews, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs with the payroll team.
- Assist in statutory compliance activities, including PF, ESI, labour law documentation, and audits.
- Support performance management cycles, employee feedback processes, and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and learning programs.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and HR processes.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Support policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Positive understanding of core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using ATS, HRMS, job portals, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 24 years of HR experience, with significant exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in IT or technology recruitment will be an added advantage.
