We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in ground-level sales and marketing. The ideal candidate should have exposure to sales operations, service coordination, spare parts management, and lubricant sales, along with the potential to lead and support branch-level business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and marketing activities at the ground level to achieve branch targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners.
- Support branch operations related to sales, service, spare parts, and lubricant products.
- Coordinate with service teams and authorized service centers to ensure smooth customer support.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Support inventory and spare parts management as required.
- Assist in leading and coordinating branch team activities.




- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Contribute to achieving branch revenue and business growth objectives.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with strong ground-level sales exposure.
- Experience in the Automobile, Manufacturing, Trading, Marine, Automotive, or related industries will be preferred.
- Exposure to sales, service operations, spare parts management, and lubricant sales.
- Candidates with a technical background will be preferred.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Team-oriented approach with leadership potential.
- Willingness to travel and engage with dealers, customers, and field teams.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
