- We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Site Engineer to join our dynamic team.
- The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the technical aspects of our construction projects.
- This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage engineering and technical teams on construction sites. Ensure project goals are met, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Coordinate with project managers to plan and execute projects.
- Site Coordination: Oversee and direct construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols.
- Technical Expertise:
Provide technical guidance and solutions to address engineering challenges. Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and calculations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to verify workmanship and materials meet project requirements and specifications. Address and rectify any defects or deviations from plans.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, site logs, and inspection records. Prepare and submit progress reports to document project status.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between on-site personnel, engineers, project managers, and clients. Maintain transparent and consistent communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status and issues
