The Marketing Head Allopathic Medicines is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive product growth, brand awareness, and business expansion. The role involves leading the marketing team, coordinating product launches, conducting market analysis, and ensuring the achievement of sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for allopathic pharmaceutical products
- Lead product branding, positioning, and promotional activities
- Plan and execute product launch strategies
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams
- Develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and marketing ROI
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign effectiveness
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the marketing team
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical marketing guidelines and regulatory requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Experience in marketing allopathic pharmaceutical products is mandatory

Preferred Skills:

- Strong network within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in prescription (Rx) product marketing
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and ethical marketing practices
- Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and lead high-performing teams
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
