We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated OT Assistant to join our team in Ratnagiri. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Roles and Responsibility

- Assist doctors and nurses during surgical procedures.

- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies for surgery.

- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies.

- Maintain accurate records of patient information and medical history.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.

Job Requirements

- Freshers or experienced candidates with a strong foundation in Operation Theatre procedures.

- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.

- Qualification: OT Technician.

- Shift time: 9-hour rotation.
