Job Summary

Nuetech Solar Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and competent Accounts & Finance Manager to lead the Finance and Accounts department. The candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, statutory compliance, and ERP systems, preferably SAP. Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare budgets, cash flow statements, MIS reports, and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, government authorities, and financial institutions.
- Monitor working capital, fund flow, and cost control.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
- Manage inventory accounting and fixed asset accounting.
- Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure effective utilization of SAP ERP for finance and accounting processes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ERP (FI/CO Module preferred).




- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.

Qualification

- CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / B.Com with relevant experience.
- Professional certifications in Finance or SAP will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Companies is mandatory.
- Experience in costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing finance will be preferred.

- Timely financial reporting and MIS submission.
- Compliance with statutory and tax regulations.
- Effective cash flow and working capital management.
- Accuracy in accounting records and audit readiness.
- Timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.
