- QMS Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled QMS Engineer to join our team in Gurugram.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in a manufacturing environment.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards, as well as conducting internal and customer audits.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement QMS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to QMS policies and procedures.
- Lead customer audits to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with customer requirements.
- Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and quality.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement changes to improve processes and quality.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QMS compliance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- 4-8 years of experience in QMS implementation and maintenance in a manufacturing workplace.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience in conducting internal and customer audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
