- Experience in working for leading international BPO mandatory.
- Transitions experience must (minimum 7-8 years) with preference to working in CMT domain.
- Project Management Certification preferred
- Exposure to GCC set-up added advantage 15-17 years + (Relevant BPO), preference in CMT detailed transition plans and ensure successful execution as per the timelines Manage multiple transitions at the same time
- Having exposure in setting up a GCC would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders as a team to deliver objectives
- Act as a Transitions Subject Matter Expert (SME) while designing client solutions and process re-engineering exercises
- Strong analytical skills, good judgment, tact, flexibility,



organization and planning skills
- Ability to work in high paced, challenging environment
- Proficiency in setting and meeting realistic deadlines to achieve desired/meaningful outcomes
- High attention to detail Willingness to travel frequently (both within India and abroad)
- Solid in MS Project, Visio, MS-Excel, MS-Office
- Strong Project and process management experience at managerial level in Outsourcing environment
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma) desirable
