- Conduct die maintenance and tool room operations to maintain high-quality production standards.
- Troubleshoot issues with molds, dies, and tools to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in mould maintenance, die making, or related field.
- Robust knowledge of moulds, dies, tools, and their applications in plastic injection molding processes.
- Proficiency in performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments on complex machinery.
