- Detailed Skin Consultation: Conduct thorough skin assessments and guide clients in choosing the most suitable services.
- Premium Skin Services Oversight: Ensure the team delivers facials, waxing, pedicures, manicures, threading, and other treatments with precision and care.
- Luxury Experience Delivery: Guarantee that every service reflects premium standards of precision, comfort, and exclusivity.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness Enforcement: Ensure the team maintains spotless workstations and sterilized tools at all times.
- Client Education: Provide clear aftercare guidelines and recommend suitable home-care products for ongoing skin health.
- Professional Conduct: Uphold punctuality, polished appearance, and respectful communication with every client.
- Service Delivery Support: Step in to deliver services personally whenever the team is fully booked or whenever required.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the beauty team, ensuring smooth operations and consistent service quality.
- Education & Training: Provide ongoing education,



coaching, and training to staff, keeping them updated on advanced techniques and evolving beauty trends.
