We are hiring for the position of Refrigeration Technician.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Refrigeration Technician responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems across our facilities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration, including parallel rack systems and semi-hermetic compressors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, maintenance, and servicing of refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
- Monitor system performance and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain service records and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance activities.

Technical Skills:

- Experience in commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.




- Hands-on experience in parallel rack refrigeration systems.
- Strong knowledge of semi-hermetic compressors (maintenance & troubleshooting).
- Knowledge of refrigerants, piping systems, and controls.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and control panels.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Qualifications:

- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or relevant field.
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
