- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of extrusion lines and plant electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to heating and cooling systems, motors, sensors, control panels, PLCs,
and VFDs.
- Support smooth operation of Siemens PLC and VFD-based machines with minimum downtime.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for machine improvement and maintenance
activities.
- Ability to handle Shift operation independently. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and support
emergency maintenance activity whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and plant maintenance practice during the shift.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Siemens PLC and Siemens VFD systems.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting heating and cooling systems used in extrusion machines.
- Positive problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with willingness to work in shifts if
required.
- Basic understanding of SAP & spare parts management and machine condition monitoring during
shift operation.
- Maintain proper shift handover, maintenance records, and reporting activities.
