Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound Chats from international customers professionally and efficiently
- Address customer queries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell relevant products/services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards
Work Schedule
- Process Type: Non-Voice (Chat Support)
- Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Working Hours: 9-hour shift (including breaks)
- Week Off: 2 rotational offs per week
- Pick and Drop facility
