Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled SRE DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kubernetes (Mandatory), Terraform, CI/CD, Jenkins, and Grafana. The candidate will be responsible for automating infrastructure, improving system reliability, optimizing deployments, and ensuring high availability of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other DevOps tools.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Grafana and other monitoring tools.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams to streamline DevOps practices.
- Implement deployment strategies with minimal downtime and high availability.
- Maintain version control using Git and support release management activities.
- Develop automation scripts using Shell scripting or Bash to improve operational efficiency.




- Configure and maintain Kubernetes clusters, namespaces, services, ingress controllers, and deployments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and deployment guides.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure security best practices are implemented across CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Strong expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins.
- Strong knowledge of Grafana for monitoring and visualization.
- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix administration.
- Experience with Git and Git-based version control systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in deployment automation and configuration management.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, DNS, and SSL.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Shell, or Python.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
