The Functional Areas Enablement Institute (FAEI) is a research organization dedicated to identifying better ways to manage operations across functional areas. Our unique approach to operations enablement involves separating the generic managerial activities across functional areas from the specific ones, unique to each department. The generic activities are documented in the FAEI s Functional Area Management Framework, while the specific activities to each department are documented in over 30 frameworks, such as FAEI s Marketing Function Framework, Sales Function Framework, Procurement Function Framework.

We package our insights in publications, training course content, audit methodologies, consulting toolkits and we engage with our community through online and offline events. We operate a variety of membership programs, which range from access to research insights, to benchmarking clubs.
