Job Summary

The Manager will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and team performance of the assigned store. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on operational control in a high-footfall value retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Performance

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Drive key retail KPIs

• Plan and execute local sales promotion activities.

• Ensure proper implementation of VM guidelines as per HO directives. 2. Store Operations Management

• Oversee complete store operations including opening & closing procedures.

• Ensure SOP compliance and audit readiness.

• Maintain store hygiene, safety, and brand standards.

• Coordinate with HO for marketing campaigns and current launches.

3. Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and retain sales associates.

• Conduct daily morning briefings and target allocations.





• Monitor individual staff productivity and grooming standards.

• Create a motivated, target-driven store culture.

4. Inventory & Shrinkage Control

• Ensure accurate stock management and replenishment.

• Control shrinkage, pilferage, and inventory loss.

• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure stock accuracy.

• Manage warehouse & floor stock effectively.

5. Customer Experience Management

• Deliver excellent customer service aligned with brand values.

• Handle escalations and customer grievances professionally.

• Build repeat customer base and loyalty.
