- Conduct thorough medical underwriting reviews of insurance applications to assess risk and determine coverage eligibility.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, agents, and customers to resolve issues and provide guidance on policy requirements.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other industry partners to stay up-to-date on changes in the marketplace.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in underwriting processes.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in medical underwriting or a related field (insurance industry).
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in UAE's healthcare system is an asset.
