Role & responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

* Define and own the product roadmap for robotics and automation solutions

* Identify market opportunities in intralogistics, manufacturing, warehousing, and smart factories

* Analyze competitors, customer needs, and emerging technologies

2. Product Development

* Work closely with engineering, design, and R&D; teams

* Translate customer requirements into product specifications and features

* Drive lifecycle from ideation, prototyping, validation, to launch

* Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards

3. Sales Enablement & Business Development

* Partner with sales teams to position solutions effectively

* Support pre-sales: demos, proposals, and technical discussions

* Engage directly with key customers to understand pain points

* Develop value propositions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans

Customer & Market Engagement

* Act as the voice of the customer

* Conduct site visits and analyze real-world use cases

* Build relationships with key accounts and ecosystem partners

5. Cross-functional Leadership

* Coordinate between engineering, sales, marketing, and operations

* Drive execution timelines and ensure successful launches

* Track product performance and continuous improvement

Preferred candidate profile:

*Product Management (robotics/automation preferred), OR Engineering + Sales in industrial/automation solutions

* Exposure to robotics, AGVs/AMRs, warehouse automation, or smart manufacturing

* MBA or business exposure is a plus
