- We are looking for Process Test Engineers who can understand complex business processes and execute end-to-end (E2E) testing across integrated systems and applications. In this role, you will work on real business scenarios covering sales, manufacturing, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance processes, ensuring seamless execution across multiple applications.
- The current hiring targets multiple roles where each Process Test Engineer will primarily support a specific group of end-to-end business processes, such as:
- Sales Order Fulfillment processes (e.g., Sales from Stock, Make-to-Order, Drop shipment).
- Returns, Service, and Special Sales scenarios (e.g., Returns, Repairs, SDN processes). Intercompany and Supply Chain processes (e.g., Stock transfers, replenishment, intercompany flows)
- Manufacturing, Planning, and Procurement processes (e.g., Production, Demand/Supply Planning, Purchase-to-Pay flows).

- Understanding Business Processes Scenarios

- Understand assigned end-to-end business process areas (based on role focus) such as Sales, Returns, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing/Procurement.
- Analyze business scenarios and break them into logical E2E test flows.
- Identify dependencies across systems, applications, teams, and process steps.

- End-to-End Test Case Design





- Design E2E test cases based on business scenarios (not transactions or modules).
- Ensure test cases cover complete process flow from start to finish within the assigned process area.
- Include all dependent systems and integration points in test design.
- Identify variations, edge cases, and negative scenarios across E2E flows.

- Multi-Application Testing

- Understand and validate applications involved in assigned business processes (e.g., ERP, warehouse systems, planning tools, external platforms).
- Execute test scenarios spanning multiple applications and systems.
- Ensure consistency of data and process flow across systems.

- Test Case Documentation Reusability

- Write step-by-step test cases with clear execution instructions for assigned process scenario Ensure test cases are structured for reuse, traceability, and automation.
- Maintain well-documented test scenarios for future regression cycles.
- Contribute to building a reusable E2E test repository across process areas Test Execution Validation.
- Execute end-to-end test scenarios across systems within assigned business process scope. Validate complete business flow including upstream and downstream impacts.
- Perform integration and regression testing.

- Interface Integration Testing

- Validate EDI, API,



and interface-based integrations across systems involved in the process.
- Ensure correct data flow between applications.
- Identify and analyze integration failures.

- Defect Management Analysis

- Log defects with complete business context and scenario reference.
- Analyze impact of defects across end-to-end processes and dependent systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

- Agile Testing Methodologies

- Work in Agile/Scrum teams for test execution.
- Apply structured testing practices (test design, traceability, defect lifecycle).
- Follow best practices from ISTQB and up-to-date quality engineering frameworks.

Your success is grounded in:

- 47 years of experience in business process testing or E2E testing.
- Strong ability to understand business processes, not just systems.
- Experience working in multi-application environments.
- Ability to work on specific process domains while understanding upstream and downstream impacts.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Analytical thinking with attention to end-to-end impact.
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes (L2C, P2P, D2O, R2R).
- Ability to work on process-specific scenarios (e.g., fulfillment, returns, supply chain, manufacturing).
- Experience with test case design and detailed documentation.
- Exposure to multiple applications (ERP, MES, PLM, external systems).
- Knowledge of integration testing (EDI, APIs).
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and test management tools.
- Exposure to test automation concepts is an advantage.
