Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage direct channel sales activities to achieve business targets.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups.

- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers in the assigned territory.

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in BFSI sales, direct selling, or field sales (preferably in life insurance).

- Solid understanding of direct sales principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
