Role & responsibilities

- Lead quantity surveying activities for airport terminal building projects from tender stage to project completion.
- Prepare, review, and manage BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs.
- Administer contracts, evaluate variations, and process interim and final payment certifications.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, forecasts, and implement cost control measures.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, prepare work orders, and certify subcontractor bills.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, design teams, and site execution teams on commercial matters.
- Identify contractual risks, manage claims, and resolve commercial disputes in accordance with contract conditions.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and company commercial policies.
- Prepare commercial MIS reports, cost analyses, and project financial performance reviews for management.
- Drive value engineering, optimize project costs, and ensure timely commercial closure while maintaining quality and profitability.
