Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in full-time recruitment, with strong expertise in end-to-end hiring across technical and/or non-technical roles. This role offers an excellent opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on individual performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.




- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-time recruitment (agency or corporate recruitment).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and recruitment tracking tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring for IT/Technology roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with ATS tools such as JazzHR, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
