Role Purpose

The Principal serves as the academic and administrative leader of the campus, ensuring excellence in curriculum delivery, student wellbeing, staff development, parent engagement, admissions support, operational efficiency, and overall school culture aligned with the vision and standards of GoldenBee Global Schools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Leadership

- Ensure effective implementation of CBSE / ICSE / Integrated curriculum frameworks.
- Monitor lesson delivery, assessments, academic planning, and student outcomes.
- Drive experiential, STREAM-based, and future-ready learning practices.
- Conduct academic reviews, classroom observations, and curriculum audits.
- Support implementation of SPA (Sports & Performing Arts), G-EMBARK, Hive, field trips, and holistic programmes.
- Ensure continuous teacher development and instructional excellence.

2. Student Development & Wellbeing

- Foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centric learning environment.
- Promote discipline, emotional wellbeing, leadership, and value-based education.
- Ensure implementation of child protection, safety, and wellbeing protocols.
- Support Personalized Learning Centre (PLC) initiatives and intervention programmes.

3. Staff Management

- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure smooth induction, training, appraisal, and performance management processes.
- Promote positive work culture, collaboration, accountability, and retention.
- Monitor staff punctuality, discipline, grooming, and professional conduct.

4. Parent & Community Engagement

- Build strong relationships with parents through effective communication and engagement.
- Conduct PTMs, orientations, parent connect sessions, and grievance handling.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of parent concerns.




- Represent the school in community, academic, and public engagement initiatives.

5. School Operations & Administration

- Ensure smooth daily functioning of the campus.
- Monitor implementation of SOPs, ERP processes, records, compliance, and policies.
- Coordinate with administration, transport, security, maintenance, and support teams.
- Ensure readiness for audits, inspections, board requirements, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee campus discipline, safety, infrastructure, and operational standards.

6. Admissions & Branding Support

- Support admissions strategy, parent counselling, and conversion initiatives.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for school events and campaigns.
- Promote the GoldenBee brand philosophy and school differentiators.
- Participate in school showcases, experience center walkthroughs, and promotional events.

7. Event & Programme Management

- Lead planning and execution of:
- Annual Day / Hive
- Annual Sports Day
- GoldenHue
- Field Trips
- National Celebrations
- Parent Engagement Programmes
- Inter-school Competitions
- Student Leadership Programmes

Qualification & Experience

- Masters Degree in Education / Relevant Subject
- B.Ed. mandatory
- Minimum 812 years of teaching experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience as Vice Principal / Principal
- Experience in CBSE / ICSE schools preferred
