- Job Summary
- We are looking for a passionate Embedded Engineer to design, develop, and optimize firmware
- for embedded systems used in energy monitoring and IoT-based devices. The ideal candidate
- should have strong expertise in Embedded C/C++, microcontrollers, communication protocols,
- and hardware-software integration.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller-based
- systems.
- Develop applications using Embedded C/C++.
- Interface sensors, actuators, and peripheral devices with embedded hardware.
- Work with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, , and MQTT.
- Debug firmware and hardware issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debugging
- tools.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers for PCB bring-up and board validation.
- Optimize firmware performance, memory usage, and power consumption.
- Develop and maintain device drivers and bootloaders.
- Integrate embedded devices with cloud and IoT platforms where required.
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and design documentation.
- Participate in product testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of Embedded C/C++.
- Experience with STM32, ARM Cortex, ESP32, or similar microcontrollers.
- Good understanding of Embedded Linux and RTOS (FreeRTOS preferred).
- Experience with UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, and Ethernet communication.
- Familiarity with Git for version control.
- Knowledge of debugging tools such as JTAG, SWD, GDB, Logic Analyzer, and
- Oscilloscope.
- Understanding of digital electronics and circuit diagrams.
- Experience in firmware development and hardware-software integration.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash is an added advantage
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Embedded
- Systems, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Experience in IoT devices, smart metering, EV charging systems, power electronics, or
- energy management products will be preferred.
