Position - Project Leader - R&D; (Third party roll)

Location - Peenya, Bangalore

Preferred candidate who can join in 1 month

Tenure - 1yr. based on the performance and the project can be considered for a role

1. Qualifications:

Bachelors , B. Tech ., or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

1. Preferred Skills and Experience:

Minimum 7- 10 Years in the Design & Development of Precision parts / Hydraulic cylinder experience is preferable.

- Proficiency in engineering software tools such as Creo, CAD, and PDM Windchill.
- 1. Leadership and Team Management:
1. Lead an engineering team focused on hydraulic cylinder design, including staffing, mentoring.
2. Provide technical leadership.

- Product Development:

1. Drive product optimization from concept through to support, focusing on innovative design and efficiency.

- Technical and Customer Interface:

1. Serve as the key technical and customer interface,



both domestically and internationally, for recent projects.
2. Manage requests for quotation (RFQ), providing timely responses and technical sign-offs as per Statement of Requirements (SOR).
3. Oversee the submission of Bill of Materials (BoM) to the sales team, ensuring alignment and agreement on specifications.
4. Oversee the development of Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R;) and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).

- Manufacturing and Process Knowledge:

Possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to product design and development

1. Soft Skills:
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders & cross-functional teams.
