We are Hiring for Senior Design Engineer for our Reputed Engine Cooling System and Engine Sealing System Component Manufacturing Plant with expertise in Creating Design for Sheetmetal , Casting and Plastic Parts With CAD Tools like Creo, Solid Works.

Our Client is established in 1961, is a leading manufacturer of engine cooling and sealing systems catering to the automotive and industrial sectors. The company is recognized for delivering innovative, high-quality thermal management solutions to leading OEMs globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engine cooling system components using PTC Creo (Pro-E).
- Create 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and BOMs as per customer specifications.
- Develop designs in accordance with ISO/ASME standards.
- Handle large assemblies and support New Product Development (NPD) from concept to production.
- Perform GD&T;, tolerance stack-up analysis, and ensure manufacturability before drawing release.
- Design components involving:
- Sheet Metal
- Castings
- Plastic Components
- FRP Components
- Support Engineering Change Management (ECN) and production change implementation.
- Prepare BOMs and perform weight calculations.
- Participate in prototype development, reverse engineering, benchmarking, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Ensure engineering documentation accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Required Skills
Mandatory
- 9+ years of hands-on experience in PTC Creo (Pro-E).
- Experience in Engine Cooling Systems & Thermal Management Systems & Heat Exchanger Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge of:
- - Radiators
- Charge Air Coolers
- Oil Coolers
- Fuel Coolers
- Battery Coolers
- Condensers
- Expertise in:
- - Sheet Metal Design
- Casting Design
- Plastic Part Design
- Drawing Creation
- ECN Process
- Solid understanding of:
- GD&T;
- Datum Control
- Layer Management
- Shrink Wrap
- Parametric Modelling
- Family Tables
- Drawing Symbols
- Catalog/Group Drawings

- Model cleaning, revision control, and feature naming best practices.
- BOM preparation and weight calculation.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Windchill or other PLM systems.
- Knowledge of Mapkeys and version control.
- Exposure to reverse engineering and benchmarking.
- Knowledge of additional CAD software is an added advantage.
- Basic Hindi communication is preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 9 years of experience in Mechanical Design.
- Extensive experience in PTC Creo within the automotive industry.
- Exposure to Engine Cooling System products is mandatory.
