Job Title: Junior Analyst-UPR (Fresher)

Responsibilities:

Junior Claims analyst basis responsibility is to focus on the existing trends and scenarios to identify potential opportunities and generate revenues.

- Responsible for verifying/reviewing the updates received from Seniors & Payers.
- Escalate contract issues and observations with the supervisor.
- Review payer contracts for accuracy and underpayment analysis by performing audits.
- Provide reporting of payment variance reviews.
- Analyze data to find missed revenue opportunities.
- Contact payer and initiate request for payment (initiate appeal process) as suggested by the payer.
- Perform appropriate follow up with payer for payment.
- Meets assigned productivity and quality assurance goals as established by department leadership.

- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Quick learner.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Willing to work Day shifts.

Must be a Graduate (Only MBA and BBA Graduates are Eligible)

- Days: 6th Aug to 21st Aug( no walk-in on Saturday and Sunday )
- Time: 10:30 AM - 1:00 AM
