- Design, develop, and maintain production processes for plastic injection molding to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and quality.
- Troubleshoot issues related to injection molding equipment, tools, and materials to minimize downtime and optimize production output.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., CIPET) and company policies regarding safety, health, setting, and quality.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in plastic injection molding or a related field.
- Strong understanding of injection moulding techniques, including design for manufacturability.
- Familiarity with CIPET guidelines on plastic molding processes.
