Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated AI/ML ETL Engineer with expertise in Telecom OSS, Data Engineering, ETL Development, Python, and Apache Airflow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, integrating OSS network data, enabling AI/ML analytics use cases, and delivering data-driven insights for telecom operations and network optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for Telecom OSS data processing.
- Build data engineering solutions to ingest, transform, and process large volumes of network and operational data.
- Develop workflow orchestration solutions using Apache Airflow.
- Integrate data from Telecom OSS systems including network performance, fault, inventory,



and configuration management platforms.
- Support AI/ML initiatives by preparing high-quality datasets for model training and inference.
- Implement data validation, cleansing, transformation, and enrichment processes.
- Optimize pipeline performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Build data models and analytical datasets for reporting and advanced analytics use cases.
- Collaborate with data scientists, network engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
