We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Go (Golang) as backend to design and build scalable systems. This role is heavily focused on API design, data modeling, performance, and system reliability.

Frontend experience is a must, but the primary focus is backend engineering excellence

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable REST APIs using Go
- Build and manage backend services and data pipelines
- Design productive PostgreSQL schemas and queries
- Implement authentication & authorization (JWT-based systems)
- Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage local environments
- Collaborate with product and frontend teams to define API contracts

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang)
- Solid understanding of REST API design principles
- Experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing,



query optimization)
- Experience implementing authentication systems (JWT, OAuth basics)
- Familiarity with Docker & docker-compose
- Good understanding of system design fundamentals
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

- Experience with Redis / caching strategies
- Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Basic understanding of frontend (React)
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
