Manager - QS & Tendering ( Civil )

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation, review, and submission of tenders for civil infrastructure, water supply, sewerage, STP, WTP, pipeline, and allied projects.
- Detailed quantity take-off, cost estimation, rate analysis, budgeting, and preparation of BOQs.
- Study and evaluation of tender documents, drawings, technical specifications, and contract conditions.
- Coordination with engineering, procurement, and project teams for obtaining technical and commercial inputs.
- Preparation of bid queries, tender clarifications, and compliance statements.
- Vendor and subcontractor evaluation, quotation analysis, and cost comparison.
- Contract administration, variation claims, reconciliation of quantities, and project cost monitoring.
- Preparation of project cash flow, resource planning, and cost control reports.




- Ensuring timely submission of bids and compliance with client requirements.
- Maintaining a database of rates, vendors, subcontractors, and historical project costs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Solid knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Tendering, and Contract Management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation/QS software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in Government, Semi-Government, and Infrastructure Project Tendering will be preferred.
