- Design, develop, test, and maintain COBOL programs for various applications on IBM Mainframe systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions using JCL (Job Control Language) and VSAM (Virtual Storage Access Method).
- Troubleshoot issues related to program execution, data processing, and system performance on CICS (Customer Information Centered Services) platforms.
- Develop technical documentation for developed codebases and participate in knowledge sharing initiatives within the team.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in COBOL programming language with expertise in mainframes.
- Solid understanding of JCL (Job Control Language), VSAMLOGICAL commands, and ability to write efficient code.
- Experience working with CICS (Customer Information Centered Services) or similar systems is desirable but not mandatory.
