- Contact existing customers who are planning to switch their loans.
- Understand customer concerns and retain them through effective communication and relationship management.
- Co-ordination with internal stake holders.
Requirements
- Solid communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally and confidently.
- Good Excel Knowledge.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, retention, or tele sales is mandatory.
