Purpose of hiring (Why does the position exist, With what objectives and With what scope) :

- Act as a key communication bridge between local operations and management to ensure timely and accurate information flow
- Translate complex business, regulatory, and operational matters into clear and actionable insights.
- Support alignment across functions by facilitating effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure critical updates, issues, and developments are promptly escalated and addressed.

The Responsibility and Accountability Authority of the position :

- Proactively monitor and analyze key developments in the Indian market, including industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Collect, interpret, and consolidate business and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide timely and structured insights to management to enable faster and data-driven decisions.
- Support the formulation and execution of business strategies aligned with the overall direction of the India entity.




- Identify potential risks and opportunities and provide recommendations for management action.
- Support the Finance team in analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis and key business drivers.
- Assist in preparation of management reports and presentations (e.g., monthly performance, forecast, and business review materials).
- Provide support in areas such as working capital monitoring, cost analysis, and business case evaluation.
- Collaborate with Finance team to improve data visibility and reporting efficiency.

Non-bargainable competencies :

- Native Korean with strong English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel

Education Relevant Experience :

- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance
- 2-3 Years of Experience in Accounts and Finance Profile
- MS Office
- SAP
