Job description:

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for property owners enquiring about our services handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp, and taking leads from first enquiry through to onboarding. The role is offered as Executive or Manager based on your experience and capability. No field visits required.

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp with prospective owners.
- Explain our services, handle objections, and convert leads into customers.
- Track and update lead status and activity in the CRM after every interaction.
- Guide new owners through onboarding documents, agreements, and payment.
- Coordinate with the operations and accounts teams for a smooth customer handover.

What We're Looking For

- 15 years of inside sales, telesales, or CRM experience in any industry.




- Robust communicator confident on calls and clear in writing (English & Hindi).
- Disciplined follow-up habit and ability to manage multiple leads at once.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, email, and messaging platforms.
- Process-oriented, detail-driven, and a team player.
