1. Technical Requirements

- Master Data Management: Expert knowledge of Material Master, Service Master, and Business Partner (BP/CVI) configuration for Vendors.
- Purchasing (Procurement): Configuration of Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Request for Quotations (RFQ), Contracts, and Scheduling Agreements.
- Inventory Management (IM): Mastery of Movement Types, Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Transfer Postings, and Physical Inventory processes.
- Valuation Account Assignment: Deep understanding of OBYC (Automatic Account Determination) and Split Valuation.
- MRP: Configuration and optimization of MRP on HANA for faster planning cycles.
- S/4HANA Specifics:
- Flexible Workflow: Setting up modern, Fiori-based approval workflows for PRs and POs (replacing legacy Release Procedures).
- Material Ledger (ML): Understanding the mandatory integration of ML in S/4HANA for multi-currency valuation.
- Sourcing Procurement Fiori Apps: Implementation of analytical apps for Spend Analysis, Supplier Evaluation, and Contract Consumption.

Functional Process Requirements

- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Optimization: Designing end-to-end flows from demand identification to vendor payment (integration with FI-AP).
- Special Procurement Processes: Configuring Subcontracting, Consignment, Third-party Procurement, and Stock Transport Orders (STO).
- Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV): Handling 3-way matching, credit memos, and subsequent adjustments.
- Integration Touchpoints: High proficiency in integration with FI (Automatic Postings), SD (Third-party/STO), and PP (Production staging).

- Experience: 8+ years in SAP MM, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business.
- Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement certification is highly preferred.
