Role & responsibilities

- Handle and followup with all incoming leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, CPs, walk-ins, referrals and other sales channels.

-Conduct project presentations and detailed site visits for prospective customers.

-Explain project specifications, amenities, floor plans, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information effectively.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers throughout the sales cycle.

-Coordinate with channel partners and brokers to generate quality leads and site visits.

-Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits and sales activities within the CRM system.

-Assist customer with booking formalities, documentation, home loan coordination and transaction closures.

-Monitor competitor projects, market trends and customer preferences to provide market feedback.

-Ensure a superior customer experience from enquiry through possession.





Preferred candidate profile

-Preferable experience of minimum 1 year in real estate.

-Ability to acheive sales targets and close transations.

-Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

-Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.

-Self- driven, result-oriented, and customer-focussed approach.

-Graduation in any discipline. Additional qualifications in Sales, marketing or Real estate will be an advantage.
