We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Projects & Contracts Lead / Architect with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oracle Fusion and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.

- Design and implement Oracle Fusion architectures, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting project success, developing contingency plans as needed.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementation,



with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.

- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM (Supply Chain Management) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
