1. As a Service Order Management Consultant, you will:

- Design, configure, and support telecom order management solutions with a focus on SOMT and Order Management systems.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end order lifecycle processes including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, and provisioning.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand telecom process requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Support and integrate telecom OSS/BSS systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to order workflows and provisioning processes.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design discussions, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives across telecom operations.

2. What You Bring to the Table:
- 6-8 years of overall professional experience,



with strong hands-on experience in SOMT and Telecom Order Management solutions.
- Mandatory experience working in the Telecom domain.
- Strong understanding of order lifecycle management and provisioning workflows.
- Hands-on experience with OSS/BSS systems and telecom service processes.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with technical and business teams in enterprise environments.

3. You Should Possess the Ability to:
- Design and manage scalable telecom order management solutions.
- Analyze and optimize order processing and provisioning workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex order management and integration issues.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate multiple priorities and deliverables in fast-paced environments.
- Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
