We are looking for a skilled District Project Manager with 8 to 13 years of experience in managing projects with distributed teams and handling customer or user engagements. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge in software, networking, or hardware and excellent communication skills. This position is based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage projects with distributed teams of at least 10 members.

- Handle customer or user engagements and provide effective solutions.

- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting project timelines and budgets.

- Ensure compliance with QMS and SDLC processes.

- Support project experiences to oversee and follow-up on open department issues.

- Develop user relationships through professional, dependable, and accurate interactions.

- Deliver application solutions to customers, including addressing mission-critical issues beyond office hours.

- Travel to customer sites for high-profile issue resolution when necessary.

- Record and manage best practice resolutions for PURCHASER's knowledge base.

- Offer proactive communication to the reporting hierarchy at district and state levels.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) with 8 years of IT experience.

- Experience in writing RFPS, reviewing RFPS, and proposals.

- Project experience in web technologies, mobile technologies, enterprise web software, or embedded systems development.

- Positive communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams.

- Experience in managing projects with distributed teams of at least 10 members.

- Technical knowledge in at least one stream of either Software, Networking, or Hardware.

- Open to travel to customer sites for high-profile issue resolution.

- Ability to reach out and deliver application solutions to customers, including addressing mission-critical issues beyond office hours.

- Record and manage best practice resolutions for PURCH ASER's knowledge base.

- Offer proactive communication to the reporting hierarchy at district and state levels.
