Transformation Change Manager

Experience Domain Knowledge

5+ years in a dedicated Change Management role.
Specific domain knowledge in Finance, Procurement, and Customer areas.

Key Accountabilities

1. 1) Framework Deployment:

- Defining and giving recommendations on how a change framework should be deployed on a specific project/programme of work, based on the GBS change methodology.

1. 2) Strategic Delivery:

- Delivering change management for large strategic change projects, including transformations and digitalization. Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting Case for Change
- Conducting Change Impact Assessment
- Conducting Stakeholder Analysis
- Delivering Stakeholder Engagement Activities
- Delivering Communication-related activities (producing materials)
- Delivering Training-related activities

1. 3) Internal External Communications:

- Working with project teams to design and deliver effective communications to influence, educate, and inform employees, leading with digital communications and compelling storytelling.

Qualifications, Experience Competencies

- Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent written and spoken English.




- Skillful in leading and managing change (cultural, process, and behavioral) in complex business environments.
- Understanding of externally recognized change tools and theories.
- Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Experience managing virtual teams across multiple geographies.
- Experience in rapid-paced, high-demand, delivery-oriented environments.
- Expert facilitator: Able to manage stakeholders from leadership to staff levels.
- Relationship builder: Able to build trust-based relationships quickly.
- High degree of interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Strong creative writer with an understanding of emerging communication trends.
- High digital fluency: Familiarity with SharePoint, Yammer, Teams Live Events, and storytelling techniques (video editing, podcasts, graphic design).
- Exposure to Agile tools/methodologies and Digital Transformation within the specified domain.
