We are looking for a skilled L2 System and Azure Administrator with 3 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, positive knowledge of virtualization and VDI, and understanding of networking fundamentals.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and monitor Azure resources including VMs, Storage, Networking, NSGs, and Azure AD.

- Deploy and configure Azure Virtual Machines (Windows/Linux).

- Implement and manage Azure Backup and Site Recovery.

- Monitor Azure performance using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.

- Manage RBAC roles, policies, and subscriptions.

- Perform patching and security hardening of Azure VMs.

- Troubleshoot Azure networking issues (VNet, Subnet, VPN, ExpressRoute basics).

Job Requirements

- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex technical problems.





- Good knowledge of virtualization and VDI, including VMware vSphere and Horizon.

- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and Firewall basics.

- Experience with hybrid environments, including Azure + On-Prem.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.

- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow is an added advantage.
