LRF Melter in the Steel making shop. We Produced M.S Steel,Carbon Steel, Alloys steel, Process completed through induction to L.R.F.

- Generated daily production & monthly performance report.
- Maintained & inspected store spare parts and incoming store material.
- Improved manpower utilization & productivity through proper allocation .
- Identified potential risks and developed appropriate risk response and maintained proper safety norms in the plant area.
- Authorized as a member of Safety Committee.

Develop Process Of Different Grades Through Aod Furnace

- Having handful experience of LADLE REFINING FURNACE of alloy segment up to
- Making of secondary steel at E.A.F. of 35 MT. capacity, L.R.F. & V.D. of 35 MT. capacities.
- Having handful experience of LADLE & its REFRACTORY.
- Having handful experience of VACCUM DEGASSING
- Experience of Alloy Grades like SEMI FREE CUTTING,



BALL BEARING & TITANIUM, LOW CARBON, MEDIUM CARBON , Ni & MO heats etc.
- Having handful experience of SMS PROCESS .
- Handling of furnace crew and control cost of raw material used in heat processing.
- Control process of heat according to ISO/TS standards.
- Preventive actions taken for control of breakdown of machine
- Co-ordination with mechanical & electrical person for smooth running of shop to optimize the production.
- Decide the pass schedule of different grade of steel & their relative activities.
- Analyze the performance and delay report for the better utilization .
- Keen understanding of the implementation and documentation formalities for ISO 9001.
