- 3+ years' experience in data analytics preferably within the energy or automotive sector
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation using SQL, Python, Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to design data stories that simplify complex concepts and clearly communicate insights to senior leaders and business teams.
- Good understanding of data structures, models, and processes.
- Experience working in Cloud Environments preferably Databricks and AWS
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present / communicate complex data clearly.
- Proven track record in analyzing data using statistical and machine learning techniques
- Curiosity and passion for data, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
- Knowledge of the electric vehicle and renewable energy sector is desirable but not essential.
- Self-starter mentality and passionate about continuous improvement and process efficiency
- Experience working independently and managing a busy workload, with the ability to demonstrate effective prioritization of work
