About the Role

We are hiring Customer Associates and Senior Customer Associates for an International US Telecom Chat Process. The role involves handling customer queries through dual-chat support while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities





- Handle customer interactions through dual-chat support.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Adhere to process guidelines, quality metrics, and productivity targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Dual Chat Process.
- Robust written English communication skills.
- Versant Score: B2 Level (Minimum 58).
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 88% accuracy.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and internet-based tools.
