Your key responsibilities

- Lead the design, delivery, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions aligned with global business strategy.
- Mentor teams and clients in ServiceNow architecture, integration, and development standards.
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of ServiceNow and digital solutions,



acting as a change agent.
- Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and automation using ServiceNow.
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise architecture.
- Develop proof-of-concept solutions for complex requirements on ServiceNow.

Your skills and experience

- Deep expertise in ServiceNow across multiple modules (e. g. , ITSM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, ITAM).
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities.
- Proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow solutions and mentoring technical teams.
- Minimum 12 years of ServiceNow development, including 2+ years as an architect.
- Experience leading major ServiceNow transformation projects in Agile/SCRUM environments.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, with a track record of working in global, virtual teams.
- Demonstrated ability to align digital vision and strategy with organizational goals.
